By registering as an affiliate of Ayobola Amebo, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Affiliate Commission
Approved affiliates will earn a 5% commission on qualifying product sales successfully referred through their affiliate link. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are excluded from commission calculations.
2. Minimum Payout
Affiliate earnings become eligible for payout once the affiliate’s payable commission balance reaches a minimum of ₦5,000.
3. Commission Validation
Commissions may remain unpaid during the applicable 7-day grace period to allow orders, payments, cancellations and refunds to be verified.
4. Cancelled, Refunded or Fraudulent Orders
No commission will be payable on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, chargeback or otherwise invalid transactions. Where an unpaid commission relates to a refunded order, it may be rejected.
5. Affiliate Links
Affiliates should use the unique referral links provided through their affiliate account when promoting Ayobola Amebo products. A commission can only be credited where the referral is successfully tracked by our affiliate system.
6. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not earn commissions by using their own affiliate links to purchase products for themselves unless Ayobola Amebo expressly permits this.
7. Acceptable Promotion
Affiliates may promote our products through legitimate channels such as social media, websites, blogs and other lawful promotional methods. Affiliates must not use misleading advertising, spam, impersonation, false claims or unlawful promotional practices.
8. Payout Information
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information. Ayobola Amebo will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment details.
9. Changes to the Program
Ayobola Amebo reserves the right to modify the commission rate, payout requirements or other affiliate-program terms. Material changes should be communicated to affiliates and apply prospectively where appropriate.
10. Suspension or Termination
Affiliate accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, violation of these terms or conduct that may harm Ayobola Amebo or its customers. Valid earned commissions will be handled according to these terms and applicable law.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and participating in the Ayobola Amebo Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
